With a team spread across several countries, IRIS Software Group has established a significant global presence. Recently, this business-critical software development leader identified a need to continue its expansion efforts to tap into a broader, global talent pool. 

However, IRIS did not yet have an established presence in the new region where it planned to expand one of its teams. Setting up a new entity typically takes several months, which conflicted with IRIS’s urgent need to hire nearly 60 team members as quickly as possible.

When the need arose for IRIS to expand into a new market, it turned to G-P for Employer of Record (EOR) services and technology, confident in G-P’s ability to deliver seamless client experiences. As its EOR, G-P manages employment aspects of IRIS’ growing team in the new region, handling payroll, local labor law compliance, and complex HR tasks. This enabled IRIS to quickly enter the new market without needing to establish its own entity.
