A global vision for a safer financial system

Originating in Portugal, Feedzai had global aspirations from the outset. Expanding beyond their home region was essential to fulfilling their mission of creating a safer financial system for all. To turn this vision into reality, Feedzai quickly realized they needed boots on the ground — primarily regional sales professionals and account managers — to navigate diverse markets and understand regional customer needs.

Partnering for global expansion

Rather than establishing costly entities in every new market, Feedzai turned to G-P as their global employment and Employer of Record (EOR) provider, following a recommendation from global payroll provider, ADP. G-P’s global employment expertise and robust entity infrastructure allowed Feedzai to hire and onboard talent quickly and compliantly across key regions. “When we needed help with hiring outside our legal entities, G-P and ADP provided solutions for EOR and global payroll. This has supported our global growth and hiring efforts” said Eduardo Andrade, Sr. Director of Talent Management.

G-P’s global employment expertise and robust entity infrastructure has since enabled Feedzai to hire and onboard 40 professionals across 9 countries including Brazil, Mexico, the Philippines, Spain, and Israel.
