The State of High Volume and Hourly Hiring survey was open for responses from February 2023-May 2023. During that time, HR.Com collected 232 responses from HR Professionals and people leaders across a wide range of verticals. Most of the survey respondents are located in North America, with a large majority of them working in the U.S.
This research report suggests that there’s seldom been a better time to be in high-volume hiring than right now, driven largely by industries such as retail, hospitality and healthcare – sectors where historic employer demand continues to outpace a shrinking hourly workforce.
