Company Recognized for Keeping Employees Happy and Productive By Cultivating a Vibrant, Engaging Culture
Boston—June 5, 2017—Globalization Partners, a global PEO and employer of record firm that helps companies expand internationally, today announced it has been named one of America’s “Best Places to Work” by Inc. Magazine. The annual, highly-selective list recognizes the top 50 companies in the country for company culture and employee engagement. Not only has Globalization Partners been recognized for its ability to keep employees happy and productive, but the company’s incredible year-over-year growth earned it the number six spot on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America in 2016.
Globalization Partners prides itself on offering an extremely supportive work environment. From associate level employees to the executive team, everyone is always open-minded and supportive of other people’s ideas, feelings and suggestions, and the executive team has an open door and a transparent communication style that makes employees feel safe and involved. Today’s honor is the latest in a series of accolades Globalization Partners has received for its workplace—most recently having been named #3 on Ivy Exec’s 2017 list of the top Women-Led Businesses to Work For, and number one overall in its disruptor category that distinguishes an elite group of 15 women-led businesses.
Inc.’s list represents America’s top 50 companies that deploy state-of-the-art techniques to keep employees happy and productive and is a magnifying glass on how innovative companies can truly raise the bar in hiring and keeping the best talent. The 2017 Inc. Best Workplaces Awards assessed more than 1,600 companies by surveying employees on a collection of multiple choice, scaled and open-ended items. Core components of the scoring include company practices around management, employee recognition, performance communication, benefits and other elements of employee engagement. To qualify, companies had to be U.S.-based, privately held and independent, be in business at least three years and have a full-time employee count ranging between 10 and 500.
“One of my main goals in founding and growing this company was to prove that corporate life doesn’t have to be awful,” said Nicole Sahin, CEO of Globalization Partners. “It gives me tremendous pride to know that we’ve not only been able to achieve this goal, but also prove that corporate life can actually be pretty fabulous. That idea that it is possible to create a high-growth company while also building an award-winning company culture is affirmed by today’s recognition from Inc. Our team is incredible. I thank them for their role in creating the vibrant, engaging workplace we all get to enjoy each day.”
